A service charge will apply if:

  • The equipment is not on a service contract
  • A time and materials basis has been agreed
  • Removal or transfer of the equipment from the initial place of installation
  • Service occasioned by misuse or neglect, resulting in damage
  • Service is requested outside the normal working hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded)

Service Charges:

  • Labour charges (minimum charge): £65.00 up to 1 hour Charged at 15 minute intervals of £16.25 thereafter
  • Parts charged where applicable (prices given at time of call)
